Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients regarding project requirements and collect project details.
  • Coordinate with clients and architects through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Arrange and dispatch material samples to clients as required.
  • Attend client meetings and occasionally visit project sites.
  • Prepare presentations, quotations, and project-related documents.
  • Coordinate with the factory and internal teams for sample preparation and dispatch.
  • Follow up with clients regarding samples, project updates, and requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of client details and project progress.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva.
  • Good presentation and coordination skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients and architects.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and occasional site visits.
  • Organized, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
