## Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented *City Manager* with experience in the Fintech industry to lead city-level business operations, manage Team Leaders, drive merchant acquisition, and achieve business growth targets.

## Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage, lead, and monitor the performance of the Team Leader team across the assigned city.

- *Mandatory: Hire and onboard 5 Team Leaders at the time of joining.*

- Drive merchant acquisition through QR code and Soundbox deployments.

- Set monthly and daily business targets and ensure timely achievement.

- Monitor Team Leaders’ performance, team productivity, and sales activities.

- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate Team Leaders to achieve business objectives.

- Ensure proper team management, field operations, and merchant engagement.

- Conduct regular market visits to monitor team performance and identify business opportunities.

- Track daily reports, sales performance, and team productivity.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.

- Develop strategies to increase merchant activation, retention, and transaction volumes.

## Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Fintech industry.

- Prior experience with companies such as *PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe, MobiKwik, or Freecharge* is preferred.

- Experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, and team management.

- Strong leadership, communication, recruitment, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to drive business targets and manage multiple Team Leaders.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

## Salary & Benefits

- *Salary:* Up to ₹7,00,000 per annum (CTC).
