Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **City Lead** to manage and drive the Bajaj NCMC Metro Card Sales project in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for leading the city-level sales team, managing field operations, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and guide the sales team across assigned metro station locations in Bangalore.

- Recruit, onboard, and train candidates for the Field Sales Executive role.

- Assign daily targets and monitor individual and team performance.

- Ensure smooth execution of Bajaj NCMC Metro Card sales operations.

- Visit metro stations regularly to monitor team activities and sales performance.

- Motivate team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with management.

- Handle team-related issues and ensure proper coordination.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate preferred.

- 3–5 years of experience in field sales, team handling, or sales operations.

- Experience managing field sales teams is preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple locations and drive business targets.

- Knowledge of Bangalore market and local language will be an advantage.
