Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Chinese or, North Indian dishes as per restaurant standards.
• Be open to learning new recipes, techniques, and menu items as directed by restaurant management.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Support the kitchen team, when required
• Be hardworking, disciplined, and committed to delivering high-quality food.
• Adapt quickly to new processes and contribute to continuous improvement in the kitchen.
