Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused and articulate Chat Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent written English and fluent Hindi communication skills and be comfortable handling customer queries through chat.

The candidate will be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and professional assistance while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and concerns through live chat and online support channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, payments, and other customer-related queries.
• Communicate professionally with customers in excellent written English and Hindi.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
• Meet defined response time, resolution time, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company policies, processes, and communication guidelines.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the concerned teams.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-friendly tone in every interaction.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent written and verbal English communication skills – mandatory.
• Fluent Hindi communication skills – mandatory.
• Strong typing and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of grammar, sentence construction, and professional communication.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer conversations efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat/support tools.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends, if required.
• Preferred ExperiencePrior experience in chat support, customer service, BPO, e-commerce, or online support is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
