Job Description
About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Sales Executive to expand our partner network in the EdTech industry. The candidate will be responsible for visiting educational coaching institutes, onboarding them as channel partners, maintaining strong relationships, and generating business revenue through partner engagement.
- Key Responsibilities:Visit coaching institutes, tuition centers, and educational partners in the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with coaching institutes and educational consultants.
- Explain the company’s products, services, and partnership model to prospective partners.
- Generate revenue through partner-driven student enrollments and business development activities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and partner engagement activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth partner onboarding and support.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, partner updates, and sales activities.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Channel Sales, B2B Sales, or EdTech Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and traveling within the assigned area.
- Ability to build relationships and generate business opportunities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience working with coaching institutes, education consultants, or EdTech companies will be an added advantage.
- Local market knowledge is preferred.
- Proficiency in Hindi and regional language is a plus.
