Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day gym center operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Drive membership sales, renewals and revenue targets.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into memberships.
  • Manage and motivate the sales and fitness team.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback and retention.
  • Monitor center hygiene, equipment and overall member experience.
  • Track daily sales, attendance and operational reports.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly sales and business targets.

Requirements

  • 0-4 years of experience in Gym/Fitness/Club/Center Management or Sales.
  • Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
  • Good communication and team-management abilities.
  • Target-oriented with strong business acumen.
  • Comfortable managing both sales and center operations.
