Job Description
*GYM MANAGER - Roles & Responsibilities*
*1. Sales - Main Duty*
- Achieve monthly target for Membership and PT
- Call all leads daily and close sales
- Take care of renewals before expiry
*2. Staff Handling*
- Open gym on time, close on time
- Make staff duty chart and attendance
- Train staff for sales and behaviour
*3. Member Service*
- Talk to members daily, solve complaints fast
- Keep gym clean, all machines working
- No member should leave unhappy
*4. Money & Reporting*
- Send daily sales and collection report to Sir
- Handle petty cash with bills
- No cash transaction without bill
*5. Rules*
- No staff should do outside PT or personal business in gym hours
- Maintain discipline - uniform, timing, language
- Any major issue - inform management immediately
*Daily Routine:*
Morning: Check attendance, cleaning, follow up on leads
Afternoon: Floor walk, member interaction, sales closing
Evening: Peak hour management, report sending
