CCTV Technician

Position: CCTV Technician – Installation & AMC Management

Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of CCTV systems (IP & Analog Cameras).
• Installation and maintenance of DVRs, NVRs, switches, and networking equipment.
• CCTV cabling, conduit laying, cable routing, and termination.
• Troubleshooting camera, recording, network, and remote viewing issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance visits as per AMC schedules.
• Attend breakdown calls and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and installation documentation.
• Coordinate with clients for service schedules and AMC renewals.
• Ensure proper system handover and customer training after installation.
• Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and accessories.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Good knowledge of IP Cameras, DVR/NVR configuration, networking, and remote access setup.
• Experience in structured cabling and conduit work.
• Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, IP addressing).
• Ability to travel to customer sites.
• ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
