Job Description
Acquire new Savings Account and Current Account customers through field sales, references, leads and market visits.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve assigned CASA acquisition, deposit and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and newly acquired customers.
Identify customer requirements and cross-sell relevant banking products such as FDs, insurance, loans, credit cards and investment products.
Conduct regular market visits and develop a strong local customer network.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely completion of account-opening documentation.
