Hiring: Bench Staff / Elderly Caregiver

Location: Helpee Health Tech Private Limited, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore

We are looking for dedicated Bench Staff / Caregivers to join our team.

Eligibility:

1. Minimum 6 months of experience as a home caregiver or elderly caretaker.

2. Ability to provide compassionate and professional care to senior citizens.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Must be comfortable with diaper changing and providing complete hygiene support to elderly patients.

2. Should be flexible to work in Day Shift, Night Shift, or 24-hour shifts, as required.

3. Knowledge of any language is acceptable.

4. Must be available to handle emergency care assignments whenever required.

5. Should be comfortable traveling to different locations within Bangalore for client assignments.

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month
