About the Role

EzyHelpers is looking for an experienced Care Coordinator (Inside Sales & Operations) to manage and coordinate home healthcare services for patients and families. This is an office-based role that requires a strong understanding of patient care, elderly care, nursing services, and home healthcare operations.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand patient requirements, coordinate with caregivers and healthcare professionals, guide families in choosing the right care services, and ensure smooth service delivery from inquiry to placement and follow-up.

Candidates with hands-on experience in nursing, home healthcare, hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, rehabilitation centers, or patient care services who are looking to transition into a corporate healthcare coordination role are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand patient and family care requirements through detailed conversations.
• Assess requirements for elderly care, post-operative care, bedridden patients, palliative care, dementia care, physiotherapy support, nursing assistance, and general caregiving.
• Recommend suitable care services based on the patient's medical condition and family expectations.
• Coordinate with caregivers, GDA, ANM, GNM, B.Sc. Nursing professionals, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, and other healthcare staff.
• Match the right caregiver or healthcare professional based on skills, experience, language, location, and availability.
• Coordinate caregiver deployment, replacements, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients and healthcare professionals to ensure quality service delivery.
• Handle critical care cases with accuracy, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Maintain proper documentation of client requirements, caregiver profiles, placements, follow-ups, complaints, and service updates.
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure timely closures and customer satisfaction.

Experience Required

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant domain experience is mandatory, irrespective of degree or diploma.
• Candidates must have experience in Home Healthcare, Medical Care, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Clinics, Elderly Care, Patient Care Services, Rehabilitation Centers, or Palliative Care.
• Candidates with nursing experience who wish to transition into a corporate healthcare coordination role are highly preferred.
• Proven experience in handling home caregiving services for outpatients or inpatient care within a medical setup will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualification

• GDA (General Duty Assistant)
• ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)
• GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery)
• B.Sc Nursing
• Any Graduate (Minimum qualification) with relevant healthcare or home healthcare experience

Skills Required

• Excellent attention to detail, especially while handling critical medical care cases
• Strong listening and requirement assessment skills
• Ability to convince clients and handle challenging situations effectively
• Thorough understanding of home healthcare and caregiving services
• Strong decision-making ability
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional patience and empathy while dealing with patients and families
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM, and other tracking tools

Language Preference

• English and Hindi are mandatory.
• Knowledge of Kannada or any additional regional language will be an added advantage.

Age Preference

• Minimum 18 years.
• Candidates up to 35 years are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Home Healthcare, Elderly Care, Nursing Services, Patient Care, Rehabilitation, Palliative Care, Physiotherapy Coordination, Hospital Operations, or Medical Staffing.
• Comfortable interacting with families, caregivers, nurses, physiotherapists, and healthcare professionals.
• Calm under pressure with the ability to manage sensitive healthcare situations professionally.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
