Job Description
Customer Engagement: Greet showroom visitors, determine their vehicle needs, and match them with suitable new or used models.
Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits. Safely conduct test drives to showcase performance.
Sales & Negotiation: Discuss pricing, negotiate trade-in values, and present financing or leasing options
Paperwork & Delivery: Complete sales contracts, verify insurance documents, and coordinate with the finance and insurance (F&I) department.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Maintain a CRM database of prospective buyers. Follow up with past customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
