Car Evaluator

Competencies Required

 Sound technical knowledge of Maruti Suzuki and competitor vehicle models.

 Proficiency in using mobile-based vehicle evaluation applications and digital platforms.

 Ability to conduct evaluations using structured technical checkpoints and inspection parameters.

 Strong familiarity with vehicle evaluation checklists and documentation protocols.

 Clear communication skills with fluency in English and the local language.

 Knowledge and comfort with digital tools and apps.

 Patience, attention to detail, and effective customer handling during evaluation discussions.

Responsibilities

 Follow up with customers to schedule vehicle evaluations and respond to sourcing inquiries.

 Ensure accurate customer data entry in the Evaluator App during each evaluation process.

 Verify all vehicle ownership and registration documents before initiating the evaluation.

 Perform detailed inspections in line with the Evaluator App checklist, ensuring precision and consistency.

 Coordinate with the True Value Manager to finalize and offer the vehicle’s buying price to customers or the New Car Relationship Manager.

 Provide timely and professional support throughout the evaluation and sourcing cycle.
