Job Description
- Call Monitoring & EvaluationListen to customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) and evaluate them based on the defined quality parameters.
- Ensure audits are completed within the agreed timelines.
- Quality AuditsAssess agent performance using the quality scorecard.
- Identify compliance gaps, process deviations, and customer service issues.
- Feedback & CoachingConduct one-on-one feedback sessions with agents.
- Provide constructive coaching with actionable improvement points.
- Track agent progress after feedback sessions.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)Analyze recurring quality issues and identify their root causes.
