Position: Sr. Executive

Department: Customer Support / Tele calling

Job Summary:

The Call Center Executive is responsible for contacting existing and potential market leads to inform them about upcoming vehicle auctions and events organized by Shriram Automall. The role focuses on customer engagement, increasing event participation, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call assigned market leads and customers on a daily basis.
  • Inform customers about upcoming auctions, events, and special campaigns.
  • Explain auction schedules, registration processes, and participation details.
  • Encourage customers to attend auctions and events.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with interested customers and answer their queries professionally.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure effective communication with customers.

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong customer service and persuasion skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Qualification:

  • Graduate
  • Previous experience in a call center, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
