Job Title: Call Center Executive – Healthcare Voice Process

Location: NA Chambers I, Koramangala 1A Block, SBI Colony, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience: Minimum 6 months in relevant voice process

Age Preference: Below 30 years (preferred)

 

Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a dynamic and patient-focused Call Center Executive to handle inbound and

outbound calls for a healthcare setup. The candidate will be responsible for assisting patients with

appointments, queries, and service-related information while ensuring high levels of customer

satisfaction and service quality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls related to appointment booking, rescheduling, and general patient enquiries

Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback collection, reminders, and lead conversion

Provide accurate information about doctors, specialties, services, and branch details

Maintain proper call documentation in CRM systems

Adhere to defined call scripts, SOPs, and compliance guidelines

Coordinate with internal teams (clinic/branch staff) for seamless patient experience

Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy

 

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills in English + (Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada)

Good listening skills and patient-handling ability

Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

 

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months of experience in call centre / BPO / healthcare voice process

Experience in inbound & outbound calling is mandatory

Prior experience in healthcare/hospital industry is an added advantage

Graduation preferred (not mandatory)

 

Additional Expectations:

Willingness to work in rotational shifts / weekends

Flexibility to handle high call volumes during peak hours

Maintain patient data confidentiality and follow HIPAA-like compliance standards

Positive attitude with a strong focus on patient experience
