Cafe Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Café Staff to join our Quick Service

Restaurant (QSR). The role involves taking orders, preparing beverages/food, maintaining

hygiene standards, and delivering fast, friendly service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

● Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately

● Handle billing through POS systems and accept cash/UPI/card payments

● Ensure quick service while maintaining quality standards

Food & Beverage Preparation

● Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items as per standard recipes

● Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size

● Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times

Operations & Hygiene

● Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, tables, and service areas

● Follow opening and closing procedures of the café

● Assist in stock checking and replenishment

● Minimize wastage and report shortages

Team & Compliance

● Work collaboratively with team members during peak hours

● Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety norms

● Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required

Requirements & Skills

● 10th / 12th pass (Hotel Management diploma is a plus)

● Prior experience in café/QSR preferred but freshers welcome

● Basic English/Hindi communication skills

● Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

● High energy, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset
