Job SummaryWe are looking for dynamic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Business Officer (Finance). The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions at two-wheeler showrooms, promoting loan products, and supporting the loan processing cycle.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle walk-in customers at assigned two-wheeler showrooms.
• Explain finance and loan products to customers.
• Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
• Coordinate with showroom sales teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Ensure timely loan processing and follow-up.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Achieve assigned business and sales targets.
• Eligibility CriteriaEducationIntermediate or Any Graduate
• ExperienceMinimum 6 months of experience in the Loans Department.
• Experience in Vehicle Loans or Two-Wheeler Loans is preferred.
• Skills RequiredGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Understanding of loan products and finance processes.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Additional RequirementsAge up to 32 years.
• Male and Female candidates can apply.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Knowledge of the local language is mandatory.
