Innovfix Pvt Ltd is a Bengaluru-based product company. Bangalore Connect is our voice-calling platform where people connect with creators for one-on-one phone conversations through the app.

About the role

You will speak with users who are starting or running a small business — idea validation, first customers, pricing, registration, and the practical mistakes people make early on.

Selected candidates will

1. Record one short introduction video for your profile.

2. Take voice calls from users during the hours you choose to be available.

3. Share your knowledge and experience in a friendly, engaging conversation.

4. Stay online during your chosen slot so users can reach you.

Calls on the app

•   All calls are voice calls made through the app. There is no video calling.

•   Your personal mobile number is never shared with or visible to any user.

•   You can end any call, and block or report any user, at any time.

•   You are reachable only during the hours you choose.

Who can apply

1. Experience running a business, working in a startup, or in business development.

2. This is guidance from experience — you will not provide legal, tax or investment advice.

3. Comfortable speaking to people on a phone call — this is the main requirement.

4. Fluent in English. Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam is a strong advantage.

5. Own smartphone, stable internet and a quiet place to take calls.

6. Students, working professionals, homemakers and freelancers are all welcome.

Earnings

Weekly earnings of Rs. 6,000 and above, based on the number of minutes you speak with users on the app. Payments are made every Wednesday, directly to your bank account. You also earn a daily amount simply for staying available on the app.
