Business Development & Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to connect with prospective students, explain our educational courses, and generate admissions. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping learners achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
• Explain coursesand programs.
• Counsel students regarding suitable learning options, convert leads into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams as required.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Minimum 1 year to 2 years of experience in sales or EdTech sales.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Target-driven and customer-focused approach.
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
