Business Development & Sales Executive

Candidate Applying for This Job should have Sales experience in B2B sector.

Identify potential distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, retailers, hotels, restaurants, caterers, and institutional buyers.

Generate leads through cold calling, online research, references, and field visits.

Sales Conversion-

Contact prospects by phone and schedule meetings.

Conduct product presentations and sampling.

Negotiate pricing and close sales.

Follow up until the order is confirmed.

Field Sales -

Visit markets regularly.

Meet retailers and distributors.

Expand dealer network.

Appoint new distributors in assigned territories.

Relationship Management

• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure repeat orders.
• Resolve customer issues promptly.

Sales Reporting

• Maintain daily call reports.
• Update lead status.
• Submit weekly sales reports.
• Track monthly sales targets.
