About us: Moi Escapes is a growing hospitality brand operating premium villas and celebration venues.
Responsibilities:
•Handle all enquiries for stays, events and celebrations
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate site visits and venue inspections
• Build relationships with wedding planners, event managers and corporate clients
• Manage reservations, quotations, contracts and payments
• Follow up on enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and email
• Maintain booking calendars and CRM records
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
