Business Development – Private Wealth – Real Estate (HNI Desk)

Location: Bengaluru / Domlur Layout

Experience – 2-4 years

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused professional to join our Private Wealth – Real Estate team. The role involves sourcing and engaging with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), identifying investment opportunities across residential and commercial real estate, and supporting the team in business development, investor presentations, and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

 Source and connect with HNIs and investors to identify real estate investment opportunities.

 Prospect and build relationships with potential clients, brokers, and developers.

 Assist in business development activities, including lead genera on, client mee ngs, and follow-ups.

 Source and evaluate real estate supply, both residential and commercial, for investment suitability.

 Conduct site visits and represent clients during property evaluations and negotiations.

 Assess client needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions.

 Prepare investor memorandums, pitch decks, and presentations for client discussions.

 Create and manage property content for listings, brochures, and marketing collaterals.

 Coordinate internally with the valuation, research, and advisory teams for client deliverables.

Key Skills & Competencies

 Strong understanding of real estate markets (residential/commercial).

 Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with HNI clients.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and presentation creation.

 Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and match investment options.

 Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple client interactions.

Educational Qualifications

 MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure.

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering.
