Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager – Sponsorship & Franchise Sales
Location:Bangalore
Experience: 1.5 – 4 Years

About the Role:
We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and street-smart sales professionals to drive sponsorship sales, franchise sales, branding partnerships, and business development initiatives for a rapidly growing sports and media platform.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication, convincing skills, and the ability to build relationships with brands, business owners, sponsors, and corporate decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Connect with business owners, brands, corporates, and potential sponsors.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
- Present sponsorship, branding, and franchise opportunities.
- Drive franchise sales and sponsorship partnerships.
- Onboard sponsors and business partners for sports teams and events.
- Understand client objectives and demonstrate ROI-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate commercials and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1.5 to 4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Franchise Sales, Sponsorship Sales, Luxury Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident in meeting clients and conducting business discussions.
- Excellent convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
- Kannada and Hindi speaking candidates preferred for specific projects.
