Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Commercial Interiors

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹65,000 per month

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through various channels including networking, referrals, architects, consultants, and online platforms.

Identify new business opportunities in commercial interior fit-out and design projects.

Meet corporate clients, understand project requirements, and present company capabilities.

Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.

Coordinate with the design and project teams for project discussions and client presentations.

Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, PMC consultants, and corporate decision-makers.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming commercial projects.

Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM records, and business forecasts.

Required Skills

Strong sales and business development experience in commercial interiors, fit-outs, construction, or related industries.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Knowledge of commercial interior projects, workspace solutions, and fit-out processes.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Commercial Interiors or Fit-Out Industry.
