Business Development Manager (BDM)

​About the Role:

We are seeking a versatile, high-energy Marketing & Brand Manager to elevate our market presence and drive growth. This is a unique hybrid role for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on creator. You will be responsible for defining our brand identity, elevating our business standards across digital platforms, and executing our end-to-end social media strategy (including video editing).

​Key Responsibilities:

​Develop and implement a cohesive brand identity and long-term marketing strategy.

​Optimize social media channels to improve brand authority and audience engagement.

​Conceptualize, shoot (if local), edit, and publish high-quality short-form video content.

​Monitor analytics to refine strategy and ensure a strong return on creative efforts.

​Requirements:

​Proven experience in Brand Management, Social Media Strategy, or Growth Marketing.

​Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced video editing skills (Reels/Shorts) and visual storytelling.

​Ability to think like a business owner—focusing on reputation, standards, and conversions.
