Job Title: Business Development Manager – Field Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B, B2C, and Corporate business for partner hotels.
• Develop relationships with travel agents, corporates, institutions, and other business partners.
• Conduct regular sales visits, meetings, and presentations.
• Identify new business opportunities across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and other South Indian markets.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in field sales, corporate sales, or travel/hospitality sales.
• Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel extensively across South India.
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (mandatory).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
