We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Branch Banking to drive sales of banking products and acquire new customers. This is a target-driven field sales role with strong growth and incentive opportunities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Acquire new customers for CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)

* Generate leads through field work, referrals, and local networking

* Cross-sell banking products:

  * Personal Loans

  * Business Loans

  * Credit Cards

  * Insurance products

* Build relationships with local businesses and individual clients

* Achieve monthly sales targets

* Ensure proper documentation and customer onboarding

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

* Education: PUC / ITI / 10+2 / Diploma / Any Degree

* Experience: Minimum 6 months sales experience in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance (BFSI)

* Age Limit: 21 to 30 years

* Good communication skills (English + Kannada preferred)

* Strong sales and negotiation skills

* Target-oriented mindset

* Willingness to do field work

* Basic knowledge of banking products
