Business Development Executive / Manager
Location: 5th Main Road, Tatanagar, Devinagar, Bengaluru. 560092
CTC: (15k – 25k) / Month + Lucrative Incentives
Job Description
Ø Daily 7 Cold calling, fixing appointment with clients, Site Visits, Closing deals.
Ø Have the ability to visit the ongoing & completed residential projects to generate interior leads.
Ø Every month 3 confirm projects are mandatory, failing which 50% of salary will be deducted.
Ø Have the capability to handle different products, concepts, etc with ease.
Ø Daily interaction with Project Managers & Sales team of clients.
Ø To make new strategies to generate leads from different property brokers, real estate consultants.
Ø Responsibility to achieve individual & team target.
Ø Goal is to Grow accounts profitability by maintaining a high service standard and compliance.
Ø Generate the revenue as per target assigned from existing clients & to make new clients
Ø Manage and track the leads and maintain daily, weekly, monthly & MIS reports on regular basis.
Ø To attend all property exhibitions, forums, etc
Ø Handling Responsibility for achieving the branch sales target in Business ensuring high quality service & customer relationship management. Ensuring cost & productivity norms are met & compliance with company rules, regulations & procedures

Ø Possess exemplary skills in written and verbal communications, time management.
Ø Intense worker, capable of shouldering high role responsibilities.

Ø Reputation for ability to interact easily with co-workers and subordinates of diverse backgrounds, cultures, and professional and technical levels.
Ø Channel diverse range of operations like requirement understanding, preparation of estimation and development.
