Job Description

NOTE: It's a F2F interview only , no telephonic or virtual interviews will be conducted, interested candidates are requested to list the given address for the interview as there will be 2 round of interview on the single day and immediate joiners would be preferred.


We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our HRMS SALES Software (SaaS-based solution) to potential clients. This is a field-intensive role that requires meeting clients, understanding their business needs, demonstrating the product, and closing deals.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking
  • Pitch and demonstrate HRMS SALES Software to prospective clients
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions
  • Negotiate and close sales deals within defined timelines
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and smooth implementation
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline
  • Key RequirementsProven experience in sales (preferably in SaaS / Software / B2B sales)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
  • Basic understanding of HRMS or SaaS products will be an added advantage
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive
