Job Description
- Gold Loan Executive – Roles & ResponsibilitiesSource and acquire new customers for gold loan business.
- Explain gold loan products, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
- Assist in gold appraisal and valuation as per company guidelines.
- Verify customer documents and complete KYC formalities.
- Process loan applications and ensure accurate documentation.
- Disburse loans within defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly business, disbursement, and cross-selling targets.
- Follow up with customers for interest payments, renewals, and loan closures.
- Manage collections and ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts.
- Ensure safe handling and custody of pledged gold ornaments.
- Maintain branch records and update customer information in the system.
- Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and operational guidelines.
- Resolve customer queries and provide prompt service support.
- Coordinate with branch staff and other departments for smooth operations.
- Conduct field visits and local marketing activities to generate business.
