Job Description:
The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, client qualification, and initial engagement to support the sales team in closing deals.
This role involves managing inbound and outbound leads, explaining project details, and setting up appointments for the field sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound inquiries from online portals, marketing campaigns, and social media.
2. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in ongoing projects.
3. Understand client requirements and share relevant property details.
4. Schedule site visits and coordinate with Sales Executives and Relationship Managers.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
6. Follow up with leads regularly to move them through the sales funnel.
7. Support the marketing and sales teams with feedback from client interactions.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in tele calling, pre-sales, or inside sales.
2. Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
3. Good understanding of sales funnels and customer engagement.
4. Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize effectively.
5. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
