Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and connect with builders, architects, developers, and property owners.
- Build B2B partnerships with construction and architectural firms.
- Meet clients, understand their property approval requirements, and offer solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Real estate or construction industry experience preferred.
- Fluent in English & Kannada (Hindi/Telugu is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
