Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and connect with builders, architects, developers, and property owners.
  • Build B2B partnerships with construction and architectural firms.
  • Meet clients, understand their property approval requirements, and offer solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
  • Real estate or construction industry experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English & Kannada (Hindi/Telugu is a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
