Job Description

  • Generate leads through calling and other business development channels.
  • Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
  • Explain Growthora's services to prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the BDM/TL to achieve team targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and conversions.
