Job Description

Lead Generation: Generate prospective leads via cold calling, digital marketing platforms, networking, and channel partner references.

Client Outreach: Contact warm and cold leads, understand property requirements, and answer queries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Site Visits: Coordinate and conduct property site visits, giving detailed walkthroughs of amenities, pricing, and floor plans.

Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate commercial or residential terms with prospective buyers and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
