Job Description

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, follow-up calls, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Contact prospective customers to understand their requirements and introduce company products/services.
  • Schedule and conduct customer meetings and site visits to assess project requirements.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers to clients.
  • Follow up on quotations and negotiate with customers to close sales opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Track customer requirements and update lead status in the CRM system.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
  • Attend client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and business development activities as required.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide prompt support throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales orders.
  • Travel locally for customer meetings, site inspections, and business development activities.
