Job Description
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, follow-up calls, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Contact prospective customers to understand their requirements and introduce company products/services.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings and site visits to assess project requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers to clients.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate with customers to close sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Track customer requirements and update lead status in the CRM system.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and business development activities as required.
- Resolve customer queries and provide prompt support throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales orders.
- Travel locally for customer meetings, site inspections, and business development activities.
