Job Description

The BDE for State Operations will be responsible for ensuring seamless business operations, driving top-line growth, and managing partner relationships within the designated state. This role requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage Tally-Partners, maintain partner satisfaction, and drive market development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

State Operations:

Engage with at least Three top partners daily to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction. Conduct joint visits with (BDEs) to enhance partner relations and ensure smooth operations within the SPOKE.

Business Development:

·       Sales - Drive top-line revenue growth at the Region level.

·        Periodically review processes and policies to ensure alignment with Targets.

·       Enable market awareness among partners and handle any grievances to maintain strong relationships.

Team Management:

·       joint visits with team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Partner Management:

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with top partners to increase productivity.

·       Oversee smooth billing operations and drive partner-focused activities to enhance business outcomes.

Market Development:

·       Ensure proper utilization of MDF (Market Development Funds).

·       Drive the adoption of the leads generation pipeline and implement partner-specific activities.

·       Handle grievances, manage budget vs. actual reconciliation, and plan both long and short-term market development activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

·       Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis.

·        Proven experience in team management, partner relations, and business development.

·       Ability to handle grievances and ensure smooth operations.
