BDE – Real Estate

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and set up meetings with potential real estate clients and educate them about our services.

• Prepare and deliver business presentations.

• Follow-up, negotiate, and close deals with clients in the real estate sector.

• Communicate with colleagues, collaborate, and build rapport to facilitate seamless transactions and project management.

• Implement the marketing strategies and campaigns organized by the department, tailored to the real estate market.

• Learn on the job about the best practices in the industry with a focus on real estate sales and marketing.


BDE - Food & Beverages

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and set up meetings with potential food and beverage clients, including restaurants, pubs, cafes, and bakeries, and educate them about our services.

• Prepare and deliver engaging business presentations tailored to the F&B sector.

• Follow-up, negotiate, and close deals with clients in the F&B industry.

• Communicate with colleagues, collaborate, and build rapport to facilitate seamless transactions and project management.

 • Implement marketing strategies and campaigns organized by the department, specifically designed for the food and beverage market.

 • Learn on the job about the best practices in the industry, focusing on food and beverage sales and marketing.

• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data specific to the F&B industry (social media, web analytics, expo, trade fairs etc).


BDE – Education Sector

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Set up meetings with potential clients in the education sector, particularly schools, and educate them about our services.

• Prepare and deliver business presentations focused on education-related solutions.

• Follow-up, negotiate, and close deals with schools. (ICSE, CBSE, IB, State Boards, IGCSE, CAIE, CISCE)

• Communicate with colleagues, collaborate, and build rapport to facilitate seamless transactions and project management.

 • Implement the marketing strategies and campaigns organized by the department, tailored to the needs of schools and educational clients.
