Job Description
We are hiring Gold Loan Field Sales Officers to generate customers and grow Gold Loan business in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for Gold Loans.
- Conduct field visits and develop the local market.
- Explain Gold Loan products, eligibility and process to customers.
- Follow up with leads and ensure loan applications and disbursements.
- Build relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Coordinate with branch and credit teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain daily sales and field visit reports.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in field sales and travel within the assigned area.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Experience in Gold Loan, Banking, NBFC, Microfinance, Insurance or other financial sales is an advantage.
