Job Title: Career Guidance Expert – Kannada
Location: Banglore , india
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Role Overview
* Guide and counsel students on career opportunities and NxtWave’s CCBP 4.0 programs.
* Handle the complete sales cycle—from counselling and product demos to enrollment and post-sales support.
* Build strong relationships with prospective learners and achieve weekly revenue/enrollment targets.
* Maintain lead data and provide regular feedback on lead quality.
Eligibility
* Graduation is mandatory (Candidates currently pursuing any degree are not eligible).
* Excellent communication skills in Kannada (Native Speaker).
* English proficiency is an added advantage.
* Sales/customer-facing experience preferred; EdTech experience is an added advantage.
* Strong communication, empathy, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
* Target-oriented with a sales mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
