HiLiving Group is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our real estate team. Candidates should have good communication and negotiation skills in Kannada and English, along with a strong interest in sales and business development. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads through calls and networking, understanding customer requirements, and promoting the company’s real estate projects, including plots, apartments, and farmland. The role involves building strong client relationships, explaining project details and investment benefits, arranging site visits, following up with prospective customers, and converting leads into successful sales. Candidates should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining good customer relationships.
