Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

* Attend to new leads and inquiries promptly.

* Counsel clients regarding visa and travel documentation services.

* Conduct regular follow-ups and convert inquiries into registered clients.

* Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and lead updates.

* Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.

* Coordinate with processing teams for smooth client onboarding.

Skills Required:

* Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

* Experience using CRM systems and maintaining lead records.

* Strong understanding of lead management, follow-ups, conversion tracking, and sales reporting.

* Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
