Job Title: Business Development Executive (Hospitality Education Partnerships) Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to bridge the gap between hospitality students and global career opportunities. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, visiting Hotel Management (HM) schools and hospitality colleges to establish strategic partnerships. Your primary goal is to secure Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) that allow us to provide students with prestigious international internship opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Institutional Outreach: Conduct field visits to Hotel Management schools, hospitality institutes, and vocational colleges to build rapport with Principals, Directors, and Placement Heads.

Partnership Management: Pitch the value proposition of our abroad internship programs and negotiate terms to sign formal MOUs for long-term collaboration.

Lead Generation: Generate a consistent pipeline of student leads interested in pursuing hospitality internships in international markets.

Presentations & Seminars: Organize and conduct informative seminars and classroom presentations to educate students about global career paths and internship benefits.

Relationship Maintenance: Act as the primary point of contact for partner institutions, ensuring smooth communication and high levels of institutional satisfaction.

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of college visits, contact person details, and conversion status in our CRM.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, or Education Consulting (Hospitality background is a major plus).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence high-level academic authorities.

Networking: Strong interpersonal skills and the "hunter" mindset required for field-based lead generation.

Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively to visit various campuses and educational hubs.

Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting targets and closing partnership agreements (MOUs).

Work Environment

 

Field-Based: This is a high-mobility role involving frequent travel to colleges and universities.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday (Standard business hours).
