Business Development Associate (BDA)Location: MG Road, Bangalore
Working Days: 6 Days/Week
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads through calls and emails.
- Counsel students and parents about suitable courses.
- Guide applicants through the admission process.
- Achieve admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- RequirementsStrong communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Excellent sales, counselling, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
- Good listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
