International Lead Generation Executive | US Market | LinkedIn Sales Navigator | BPO Sales

909 Infotech is a growing BPO and outsourcing company providing customer support, telecalling, lead generation, back-office operations, and multilingual support services to clients across various industries. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to help us expand our international client base, particularly in the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.
Job Responsibilities
* Generate qualified B2B leads from international markets.
* Identify decision-makers such as CEOs, Founders, Directors, and Operations Managers.
* Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels.
* Build and maintain prospect databases.
* Schedule meetings and appointments for the management team.
* Follow up with prospects and maintain communication pipelines.
* Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.
* Maintain daily and weekly activity reports.
* Support business development initiatives and client acquisition efforts.
Required Skills
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Experience in B2B lead generation or business development.
* Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Strong internet research and prospecting skills.
* Basic CRM knowledge.
* Ability to communicate confidently with international prospects.
* Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Preferred Experience
* 1–3 years in Lead Generation, SDR, BDE, Appointment Setting, or International Sales.
* Experience working with BPO, IT Services, Outsourcing, or Call Center industries is an advantage.
Compensation
* Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
