Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in manpower outsourcing and staffing services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, referrals, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Schedule meetings with HR Heads, Plant Heads, Admin Managers, Procurement Teams, and decision-makers.
- Conduct presentations on the company's staffing and outsourcing solutions.
- Convert prospects into clients through effective negotiation and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services such as payroll processing, compliance management, recruitment, and facility management.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and service agreements.
- Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely deployment of manpower.
- Coordinate with accounts teams for invoice submission.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain information on industry developments and statutory changes affecting the staffing industry.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.
