Business Development Manager (Field Sales) โ Immediate Hiring๐
Location - Bangalore | Pune | Hyderabad
Candidates must be willing to travel and be deployed across India based on business and project requirements.
๐ผ Employment Type - Full-Time | Field-Based | Immediate Joiners Preferred
๐ฐ Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: โน30,000 โ โน45,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Attractive incentive structure based on business targets and achievements
- Travel & Relocation Allowance: โน5,000 per month (paid from the second month's salary based on role requirements)
- Salary Credit Date: 10th of every month
๐ Job Responsibilities
Business Development
- Conduct daily market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads from construction, interior, infrastructure, and related industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Present company offerings and prepare business proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Market ExpansionIdentify new territories and untapped markets.
- Gather competitor intelligence and market insights.
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand business reach.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Revenue & PerformanceAchieve assigned sales and revenue targets consistently.
- Drive sustainable business growth through proactive sales initiatives.
- Ensure high levels of client engagement and conversion.
๐ Eligibility Criteria - MBA, BBA, BBM, B.Com, or equivalent qualification (Sales & Marketing specialization preferred).
Experience: 0โ2 years in Business Development, Field Sales, Market Expansion, or B2B Sales.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in field sales.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and client meetings.
- Professional attitude with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Exposure to Construction, Interior, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Engineering, Staffing, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
๐ Working Hours - 10:00 AM โ 7:00 PM
- 6 Days a Week
๐ Employment Terms
- Three-month probation period from the date of joining.
- Upon successful confirmation, employees will be required to sign a one-year employment agreement and continue on the company payroll during the contract period.
- Company benefits become applicable after successful completion of probation, as per company policy.
- Candidates should have access to their own laptop or tablet required for day-to-day work activities.
