 Position: Business Developement Executive (Fresher)We are looking for enthusiastic and driven graduates who are eager to begin their career journey in Sales & Business Development within the booming EdTech industry.

•  Compensation Structure:Internship Stipend:  ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
• After-Internship (Full-Time):  5 - 7 LPA + 2LPA Performance Incentives
•  Joining : September , October

  Key Responsibilities

Understand and effectively present TopGrade’s AI-based learning solutions to students and professionals

• Connect with potential learners via calls, emails, and social platforms
• Counsel prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates

 Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Any Graduate (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Target-driven mindset with good time management
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
