Job Description: Sales Executive – Solar Solutions
Company: Laddha Renewables Pvt Ltd
Location: Karnataka (Primary: Bangalore + surrounding industrial/residential belts)
🎯 Role Objective
Drive revenue by acquiring residential, architect-led, and industrial solar projects through consultative selling, relationship building, and strong pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and approach homeowners, architects, builders, and factory owners
Generate leads via site visits, referrals, channel partners, and events
Build a strong local network (RWAs, contractors, consultants)
2. Sales Conversion
Conduct site assessments and pitch customized solar solutions
Explain ROI, savings, subsidies, and financing options clearly
Close deals with a strong focus on value—not just price
3. Channel Development
Build relationships with architects, electrical contractors, and real estate developers
Create a referral ecosystem (this is where real scale comes from)
4. Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain daily tracking of leads, follow-ups, and closures
Ensure zero lead leakage
Coordinate with technical team for proposal & execution
5. Brand Representation
Represent Laddha Renewables as a premium, trustworthy solar brand
Educate customers on long-term benefits (25-year mindset)
Must-Have
